Triumph Scrambler Custom Seats



	I have always been a fan of the Scrambler styling and the character of the bikes. A request from a customer got me to thinking about developing a custom saddle that would capture that classic rugged character that is uniquely Scrambler. This seat is the result of that work. It started out with some sketches, then finding just the right leather. I located this beautiful Bison leather and it all came together. To handcraft our Triumph Scrambler custom seats we take your stock Triumph Scrambler seat and rebuild the foam shape. The rear of the seat is built up and contour shaped for style. The forward rider's position foam is rebuilt using a Pro Pad gel insert and orthopedic memory foam. The orthopedic memory foam firmness is custom matched with rider weight and build for long distance comfort. This foam composite is then hand sculpted to shape. The final step is hand making and fitting a custom fit and sewn cover with deep tuck and roll pleats for that true custom look. Seat covers are made from high quality full grain leather or high quality vinyl depending on rider desires.
